Here is the map of The Weld Shopping Centre from Raja Chulan monorail (from google map). It is within walking distance, around 6 minutes by using Jalan Raja Chulan. At Raja Chulan traffic light, turn right to Jalan Raja Chulan, you will notice Hotel Istana at the left hand side of the road, and Wisma Lim Foo Yong at your right hand side. Continue walking and The Weld Shopping Centre is at your right hand side.
However if you are driving, you need to make a big round to The Weld Shopping Centre, as there is no right-turn at traffic light of Raja Chulan Monorail station into Jalan Raja Chulan.
