The Salad Bar, Damansara Uptown

We had a healthy Brunch- Breakfast plus Lunch at Damansara Uptown (walking distance from Public Bank Damansara Uptown). The ambient inside is cosy and comfortable. And there is another station at the outside just for juice and drinks.
This place was visited by Ho Chiak before, a food-hunt TV-show by 8TV.

We ordered each set of Big Breakfast, and Juice set which comes with Pasta. We didn't expect the portion to be so big! In total we had 3 drinks! lol.. I think the portion should be enough for 3 persons.

 Big Breakfast (RM14.50 per set)
1. Toast Bread
2. Scramble Eggs with Chives
3. Oatmeal with apricot and nuts
4. Smoke Chicken Toast Slice or Turkey Ham
5. Sauteed Mushroom with Caramelized Onion
6. Side Salad
7. Coffee or Tea
8. Fresh Orange or Apple Juice

The oatmeal tasted just like home-cooked, healthy oatmeal with milk, apricots, pumpkin seeds, and fruits.
I like the scramble eggs and sauteed mushroom so so much. We felt just like having a western breakfast oversea. =)

Juice Set (RM 13.50 per set)
1. Any Pasta
2. Side Salad
3. Fresh Orange or Apple Juice

 An ala-carte pasta was priced at RM 7.90 only! The portion was quite big too, with dory fish fillet.

Our pure Red Apple and Orange Juice. I really surprised The Salad Bar prepared such a pure juice! Yummy!

Our side salad- Vegetable and Apple, Vegetable and Corn. Vegetable and Corn tasted like our local "Rojak". But i believe their famous Supersalad should tasted nicer than this.

To create your own 2-3-1 Salad:
1. Choose 2 greens
2. Choose 3 toppings
3. Choose 1 dressing


The toppings looked really tempting and creative: Boiled Egg, Pumpkin, Shitake, Oyster Mushroom, Tofu, Fruits, Dried Fruits, Pitted Prunes, Raisin, Cashew Nut, Wheatflakes, Almond Flakes and nuts.

2-3-1 Super-Salad was priced RM 9.90 for full and RM 5.90 for half portion.

There were nice names even for Salad like: High Energy Superman, Spicy Salad, Old Granny Caesars, Tropical Fruits, Square and Rounds..

Next time i should order their Super-Salad!

Beside Big Breakfast, The Salad Bar also provides other breakfast sets like: Healthy Wraps, and Pancake Sets.
For the Set Menu, you can choose either set with soup, side salad, sandwiches, supersalad, pasta, or juice.

I believe this place will attract lots of girls who want a healthy and balance diet.
We go home with a full, satisfying and healthy stomach! =)
