Korean Ko Hyang, Mid Valley

For dinner at mid valley that evening, we ordered a set of fried oyster from Oyster King Mid Valley, and another set of Bibimbap Korean Rice from Ko Hyang. Both stalls were just side by side.

Bibimbap Set
The Set of Bibimbap was inclusive of:
1. Bibimbap rice with a "sunny side up" and vegetables
2. A bowl of seaweed soup
3. Unlimited refill of side dishes: Kimchi, Bean Sprout and Anchovies

Bibimbap Rice with a "Sunny Side Up"
The Bibimbap rice was inclusive of:
A "sunny side up" with sesame red rice, (starting from top in clockwise) seaweed, onion, cucumber, carrot, bean curd, spinach, mushroom and lettuce.

The ingredient was basic. You can even prepare at home. But what i think made it different is the sauce mixed in the Bibimbap rice. And most important, the preparation.

Mix everything for a better flavour

Ko Hyang Korean Food, Mid Valley

The workers here were super friendly. And you can have the side dishes for unlimited refill. I guess that is why this place is always full with customer.

Location: Ko Hyang, The Garden- Mid Valley, Lower Ground Floor
