After visiting the 2nd Online Fashion Entrepreneurs Weekend (MOFEW) 2011 at Mid Valley Exhibition Centre, me and others decided to try on Pasta Zanmai.

During each month, there will be different items for promotion. For this month, there are promotional items such as Soft Shell Crab Risotto Roll, Lamb Pie, Beef Bacon Pizza, Aka-Wine Teriyaki Chicken, Banana Cheese Tart, etc.

There were so many choices in the menu! But the variety just made us blur. Luckily the Prince made a good judgement! His justification was, the pasta must be very nice, that's why it's named Pasta Zanmai! So we decided to order the mini pasta sets which was inclusive of 2 dishes.
We ordered 2 sets of mini pasta set, which were:
Set number-3: Mini Chicken Teriyaki Pasta and Mini Hotate Pizza
Set number-6: Mini Kaki Kimuchi Pasta (Oyster Pasta) and Mini Tori Kaarage Garlic Rice
Each set costs at RM 23 for 2 dishes.
The first dish- Kaki Kimuchi Pasta, from Set 6, was a type of slightly spicy soup, cooked with Oyster and fresh mushroom. The Oysters were very big and juicy.

The second dish from Set 6: Tori Kaarage Garlic Rice was just a normal garlic fried Japanese rice, with Fried Chicken. But this was not mini at all. This whole set-6 was actually more than enough for 2 persons.

The first dish from Set 3: Mini Teriyaki Chicken Pasta was topped with Teriyaki Chicken, with a half-boiled egg. When the half-boiled egg broke, it just covered all the spaghetti with egg juice.

The second dish from set 3: Mini Hotate Pizza was served at just a nice portion. I highly recommend this, the pizza! The skin was thin and crispy, it was topped with seafood or scalloop. It's like a combination of Japanese and Western flavor.

Others ordered an extra Beef rice set, which was served by Miso Soup and Vegetables Salad. It's quite nicely cooked, however i didn't take this.

The Japanese Green Tea for a maximum sharing of 3-person. And you can have unlimited refill of hot water.

Yummy, i miss the pizza very much and will sure come back again!
Besides Mid Valley, there are also Pasta Zanmai outlet at Bandar Utama (1-U Shopping Centre), Empire Shopping Centre, Hartamas Shopping Centre and Sunway Pyramid Shopping Centre.
